Our Purpose
To reach people for Christ and help believers know what it is like to truly worship God in Spirit and in Truth. (John 4:24 "God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.")
Our Goal
To usher the body of Christ into the presence of God and prepare them to hear and apply the message that they receive each week.
Our Style
Soul Harvest music is contemporary in style and designed to connect with an
audience.
Worship Ministry Facts
* Team members serve in all weekend services when scheduled.
* Instrumentalists serve on a varied rotation.
* Vocal Team members serve on a varied rotation.
* When needed, rehearsal times are extended and additional
rehearsals are scheduled. (This is the exception, not the rule!)
Worship Ministry Responsibilities
* Please Be ON TIME.
* Keep a Godly attitude when things change - and they will! (This is the yielding to the Holy Spirit).
* When something or someone bothers you, go to them and take care of it
with the attitude of Christ which is Love. (John 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 2 Corinthians 6:6 in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love).
* Choose to be flexible.
* Maintain a positive presence, whether "on stage" or behind the scenes.
* Dress appropriately and accordingly.
* Keep your commitment! Be available when you're scheduled.
Be an active covenant member of Soul Harvest Church
* Faithfully attend scheduled practices and performances.
* Attend meetings and special training sessions.
